Client Care Coordinator
Ms. Freda is the Client Care Manager (CCM) and a Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) Intern for Inpatient services at SOBA New Jersey. Pursuing her Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). Currently attending NJPN. Freda has a long history of working in the substance abuse and addictions field, with a specialization in co-occurring disorders. She has been an employee of SOBA New Jersey since 2022, where she has served in various roles within the agency. Freda has continued to grow within the organization, starting as a Client Care Coordinator, then promoted to Client Care Manager while Interning for CADC to further advance her experience and growth in the field. Before coming to SOBA New Jersey, Freda was employed at an inpatient substance abuse addiction and co-occurring facility including Administration and Lead Behavioral Health Tech Manager. Freda practices strength-based approaches, client-focused approaches, and Motivational interviewing techniques (MI). She finds her motivation in seeing clients grow and become the best versions of themselves as a result of actively engaging in treatment and focusing on their strengths. In her free time, Freda enjoys spending time with her family, event planning, and volunteering at her faith community programs.
