At SOBA New Jersey, we understand how hard it can be to ask for help when a mental health difficulty or disorder is telling you that you don’t need it or don’t deserve it. We’re here to help you find your voice and identity again by standing up against the self-oppression that mental health issues can cause.
We aren’t a one-size-fits-all mental health treatment center because those rarely make a positive difference in a client’s life. Instead, we take pride in making sure that every client gets the right attention they need based on their unique experiences, symptoms, personalities, and expectations. Whether you are dealing with the shadows of depression or are trying to reduce the number of panic attack triggers you experience in an average week, our team of mental health care specialists can evaluate your mental health and create a unique treatment plan for you and no one else.
Call (888) 229-7989 to talk to an expert today about your mental health. This is a judgment-free zone. We also offer treatments for drug addiction, alcohol addiction, and dual diagnoses.
Outpatient & IOP Mental Health Treatments
Thanks to our state-of-the-art and luxurious facility, SOBA New Jersey can offer both outpatient and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for mental health treatments. Each program allows you to discover new ways to uncover the roots of your mental health difficulties and look to improve them without taking up your entire schedule. Depending on the progress of your mental health and the program you enroll in, your weekly treatment time could range from anywhere between 2 hours to 9 hours.
To figure out the right treatment plan for you, we consider your:
- Psychiatric diagnoses
- Developmental functioning
- Behavioral needs
- Family involvement and support
- Community resources
- And more
Once a plan has been created, you might attend various weekly sessions. Group therapy, one-on-one therapy, peer support, family intervention courses, and regular mental health assessments are commonly used options. Again, though, your mental health treatment plan is never pre-manufactured, it is designed specifically for your needs.
What Can Our Treatments Help With?
Mental health difficulties can take many forms. It is also not unusual for someone to experience multiple, comorbid mental health difficulties, even if they seem to conflict or counteract one another. This is another reason why we are so insistent about making our treatment options customized and built upon a foundation of true compassion. We want to make sure we are doing what is best for you, no matter what issue is bothering you.
Our outpatient and intensive outpatient programs can help people struggling with:
- ADHD
- Anxiety
- Bipolar disorder
- Depression
- Dissociation or derealization
- “Failure-to-launch” syndrome
- Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
- Panic disorder
- Postpartum depression
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- Schizophrenia
- Psychotic episodes
