Biography
Christina is a New Jersey Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and is a clinician for SOBA’s inpatient treatment program. She graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey with an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a minor in Substance Abuse. Christina has over 13 years of experience as a substance abuse counselor, working in outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential levels of care. Christina also has experience in working with those with co-occurring disorders and family counseling. Christina incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) through motivational interviewing techniques (MI), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
